Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
1 (10oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 Lb. Velveeta
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 box Original Stove Top Stuffing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour broccoli into 9 x 13 pan. Pour soup over broccoli and gently stir. Cover with slices of Velveeta. Make stuffing as directed on box. Put stuffing over cheese. Bake one hour.
**This is a great side with grilled chicken breasts.
